let's be seasonable...
Well, perhaps now that the sun is warmer and the roads are dryer, it is time to fire up the two-stroke in my mind that generates posts. I will start out this year's scooterboy posts with a photo of the cup that i recieved at McD*****d's the other day. You gotta love the way McD's gloms on to cool subcultures and renders them trite and institutional in seconds flat...
Anyways, the caption reads "Riding together keeps us close...i'm lovin' it"
The funny thing is that the chick on the cup (you can't see her in this photo) is wearing this full lenght button-up fitted trench coat that wouldn't let you sit on a park bench, let alone a scooter where you have to put one foot on each side while sitting in the 'buddy seat'.
Speaking of 'buddy seats', isn't that a better term than the motorcycle community has for the extra passenger? They call it a 'Bitch-rack'. I am sure that prevents many women from even wanting to sit on the back of a motorcycle. A 'buddy seat' is much more PC.

greetings brother.
Cool to have you writing again! Two wheeled vehicles scare me but I enjoy living vicariously through you.
I should have called. Hope you all made it back to "the brook" without much fuss. Mike, it was really great of you to come down to the mess we call the lower mainland. the TAYLOR BOX will never be the same for me. Puddles are my enemy, but also fun.
Annie, we missed you. I guess it is well past our turn. But if you factor the cost of living...
If i was a Rockstar I'd tour Cranbrook often. The shows would be for free. Or the cost would be "Mike's Butter Chicken"
